Do you or a family member have a story to tell? If so, we'd like to hear it! The Helicopter Conservancy's oral history program was established to record the personal narratives of veterans and others whose lives are linked in some way to helicopters, whether through a career, a rescue or any other memorable experience. We work in partnership with the Wisconsin Veterans Museum to preserve these narratives for current and future generations to hear and learn from.
Our oral historians can interview you online by video conferencing--all you need is a computer with built-in camera/microphone and an internet connection. You do not have to live in Wisconsin to participate. If you would like to find out more about this program, please contact us by clicking the REQUEST INFORMATION button below.
Oral historian Jess Donnerbauer and Kenneth Eward conduct an oral history program planning session.
